It’s time to provide tax relief to middle class families in West Michigan and make our tax code competitive for West Michigan job creators!
Today, Congressman Bill Huizenga released the following statement after the House passed a budget resolution paving the way for tax reform:
“Our nation’s outdated tax code is currently making it more difficult for middle class families and hardworking small businesses in West Michigan to achieve the American Dream,” said Congressman Bill Huizenga. “With passage of this budget, we are one step closer to lowering taxes, boosting job creation, and increasing take home pay for hardworking Americans. The next step is for the Ways and Means Committee to transform our tax reform framework into legislative text, which is currently scheduled to be released on November 1st. It’s time to provide tax relief to middle class families in West Michigan and make our tax code competitive for West Michigan job creators!” |
