Treasury Secretary Geithner to Appear Before Financial Services Committee Tomorrow

Washington, D.C. - U.S. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner will appear before Rep. Bill Huizenga's committee, House Financial Services, at 10 a.m. Tuesday to give his annual report on issues affecting U.S. participation in international financial institutions and efforts by the U.S. to reform the International Monetary Fund.

"I look forward to the opportunity to hear the Secretary's answers on how the European financial crisis has affected our policies, and if the administration plans to help bail out Europe. I sincerely hope not," Huizenga said.
