TOMORROW: Huizenga, Financial Services Committee to Question Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke

Watch live here starting at 10 a.m. or on your local C-SPAN channels As they continue to promote economic recovery and job creation, the Financial Services Committee tomorrow will hear testimony from Ben Bernanke, Chairman of the Federal Reserve, on the conduct of monetary policy and the state of the economy. Bernanke is required to provide testimony semi-annually to Congress, and the House of Representatives will hear his testimony first this round. The Committee hearing will focus on economic data and trends, actions taken by the Federal Reserve, and the Fed's ability to fulfill its dual mandate of stable price levels and maximum employment. The Senate is expected to receive similar testimony from the Fed Chairman on Thursday, July 14, 2011.
