The Passing of Gerald Huizenga

It is with somber hearts that the Office of Congressman Bill Huizenga released the following statement notifying the community of the passing of Congressman Huizenga’s father Gerald Huizenga.
Gerald Huizenga passed away surrounded by loved ones this morning at the Poppen Hospice Residence of Harbor Hospice in Muskegon. Gerald was a decorated World War II Veteran, an established small business owner, and a leader who served the community he loved for over 30 years as a member of the Zeeland City Council and Ottawa County Commission. Bill, Natalie, his mother Ann, and his entire family appreciate the love, prayers, and support they have received from the entire West Michigan Community during this difficult time. |
