Huizenga: ObamaCare Raising Costs For Another 11 Million Hardworking Americans

Today, Congressman Bill Huizenga (MI-02) released the following statement on the latest report from the Office of the Chief Actuary at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regarding the impact of ObamaCare on employer-sponsored health care. The report found that 11 million Americans working for small businesses will see their premiums increase due to ObamaCare.

"The list of President Obama's broken promises seems to grow by the week. The latest report from the Chief Actuary of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services details that 11 million Americans employed by small businesses throughout the country will be faced with higher premiums and smaller paychecks because of the President's failed health care law.

"Adding insult to injury, this report was quietly published by the Obama Administration two years past its deadline. However, despite this ridiculous delay, the Administration cannot hide the fact that this law is driving up costs on hardworking middle class families and making it harder for our economy to create jobs."
