On Monday November 25th, Rep. Bill Huizenga (MI-02) and Rep. Justin Amash (MI-03) will hold a joint "Academy Night" for Second and Third District high school students interested in learning more about the U.S. service academies. The event will take place at the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum in Grand Rapids.
Officials from the United States Military Academy, the United States Air Force Academy, the United States Naval Academy, the United States Merchant Marine Academy, and the United States Coast Guard Academy will provide information about the academies and the application process.
Students typically begin the admissions process in the spring of their junior year of high school.
